Course Overview - By the end of the course you should be able to:

~ Describe in detail the five key styles of Dominance and how they influence your Dominant/submissive (D/s) interaction

~ Identify each of your natural D/s style preferences and how they interconnect or differ

~ Gain knowledge that can help a couple gradually move a play relationship into a more D/s focused relationship

~ Recognize subtle cues that reveal what a Dominant or submissive desires, and better understand what motivates one to control or to serve

~ Improve your listening and communication skills by gaining knowledge of the internal value systems we all bring to our relationships (based on the psychological theories of Dr. Clare W. Graves and Spiral Dynamics)

 ~ Learn how to deal with challenges and conflicts in D/s styles within a relationship, and how to better meet both of your needs

~ Learn more about your partner’s fantasies, needs and desires

~ Explore ways you and your partner can grow and deepen your D/s relationship and uncover future roads you may wish to travel along the way together as you grow

~ Connect with fellow couples, resources and support to help you continue expanding your knowledge
